Return Policy

Flavor, fragrance & essential oil sensory profiles are subject to each individual customer’s preference. We highly recommend placing sample orders to test items of interest before ordering larger volumes of product. To ensure the integrity of all material leaving our warehouse, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. If your packaging arrives damaged, please email info@escentialgroup.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate. We will not investigate shipping issues after 7 days from receipt of the shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
